Working at a university in the middle east, we had to scan our whole hand when arriving to work every morning. Oil money simply hires all of this infrastructure to be provided by the US and friends, who are then free to do whatever they please outside of the (lax) US laws and (occasionally) critical citizen oversight. It was certainly not the locals who were interested in our hand print.
I didn’t mention my clearances etc in other jobs / (wink) but... TS , yep understand.. more on that over a cup of coffees soon
I just got re-finger printed for my handgun license. Mug shot too. They had a hard time with my fingerprints, more wrinkles than the last time, haha.
