Third World Laboratories

Now just where are these DOD dollars going... and why?

Well, something is not right with regard to these biological laboratories.. located in “third world countries” around the world. Looks like US DOD has been dumping millions into these labs. Wonder why? Lack of congressional oversight I would assume. Read about it and make up your own mind. There is no excuse for a Russian invasion and military atrocities, but some in our own government may be found with dirty hands. On both sides of the aisle?

Looks to me like we need to have some congressional hearings.. behind closed doors is fine to a degree. But if plain old civilians and media type are digging this up it is sort of already public. Let’s get the truth please.
