The “flu shot”

Is it really worth it? Side effects aren’t bad though

I mentioned hospital required us to get a flu shot… 5 yrs in a row, i got the flu- after the shot. A reader astutely pointed out the real efficacy is 1-5% or so “hardly worth the gas to go get the shot”…

So along comes this superb post - worth a read. Realize we really cannot trust our government health leaders one bit.
