Devvy is good. I always check her articles for references; they are replete with them. A solid TX woman she is too, i believe. Dr. Sogoloff has been waiting an entire year for a hearing on his military affidavit of suspension case. He was suspended (TX Lic) by the military for giving medical exemptions on 21SEPT2021. https://rumble.com/v1n99wa-50.-turning-the-tide.html?mref=6zof&mrefc=2

military cannot take away a Texas license. Military action can lead the TX Board to investigate a doctor, and then the TX board can take action, but military has nothing to do with it. I used to be on the Tx State Board of Medical Examiners. And of course, 30 yrs in reserves.. so I have seen both sides.

Military action (suspension since 9/2021) for issuing medical exemptions is what prompted the TX Board to review his license. Hearing in El Paso is my understanding.
