A message about pilots and military doctors
Wow... wonder why I am interested?
Let’s see..I got my MD degree in 1972. I got my pilots license in 1975 - private flying on weekends when I was in the military (solo at Stinson Airfield, second oldest airport in the USA) Then 30 yrs in USAFR, flight surgeon. Work as a consultant to the FAA in flight medicine with regard to cardiac and vascular issues. Wonder why I would be interested in this article.??
Oh. and not to mention I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley on the border with Mexico, so all the illegal invasion that is going on is happening in literally my old “back yard”
Enough of my history of interest in this… but read the following and know. I was, I am and I continue to be concerned about out government, our medical leadership and our military leadership. Or the lack thereof.
